I’m Mia Hunt, the brain behind Tidal Shift Media, and I am based on beautiful Camano Island, WA. I love where I live, but that doesn’t keep me from traveling for consultations or content-gathering shoots!

Media—whether creating it or consuming it—is something I’m very passionate about. I started my professional career in local news, where I worked for six years before transitioning to marketing. I started my career in Pullman, WA, where I attended college at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and got my degree in multimedia journalism. I then worked at TV news stations in Spokane and Seattle.

Essentially, I have experience telling people’s stories and using digital elements and strategy to do it.

When I’m not working, there’s a good chance I’m reading, listening to podcasts, running or combing Camano’s beaches with my husband, Nick, and dog, Ollie. If I’m not doing any of those things, I’m probably scrolling or posting on social media, aka market research.
